I’ve had Comcast Xfinity as my ISP for three years. I know that because my promotional pricing just ended and my monthly bill is going up almost 25%.

Last year Verizon FiOS was installed in the neighborhood, so now I have a choice.

I tried contacting Xfinity to ask about lowering my bill. You know, give me an incentive to stay. Their website is almost unusable. I had to disable my VPN, my application firewall, and tried three different browsers before I was able to get a usable version of their website. Even then i had to refresh the chat page just to see the responses. It didn’t matter because I never got past the AI chat bot. No matter what I asked or wrote, I could not get a human. So I suppose they made my decision for me, looks like I’m switching.
