We implemented a new process for adding/removing hardware from our system. It's very similar to the old process but now involves a streamlined ticket that automatically gets sent to the right people and then archived so we have all the records in one place.
For some reason, I have had to answer so many questions. They're all very specific and clearly covered by the process list. I honestly can't understand where the confusion is.
