137/365 - graduation, speed, and style weekend

The daughter graduated with her Masters in History from George Mason University this weekend. We attended the ceremony and celebrated her with dinner and cake!

We also walked through The Old Town Festival of Speed and Style on King Street. It was a hot day, but that didn't seem to keep the crowd away. They had to move the festival up a couple blocks because of the City Hall construction too. Some really cool cars!

The rest of the weekend was spent doing chores and errands. We also found a new (to us) historical marker on Cameron Street that indicates where the first lot was auctioned for the new city of Alexandria.
