Year In Review - 2025
This has been a rollercoaster of a year. I've been taking it in stride and trying to enjoy the good and endure the bad. Life is and always will be a series of ups and downs. We have to live our one, valuable life the only way we can live it. I hope to go into 2026 with more intention and mindfulness; but this year has reminded me we can't control anything but our reaction to what life throws at us.
