Teacher at Training

I'm in a training most of this week. The instructor is nice enough but will frequently ask questions and then answer them immediately. Other times he will ask what sounds like a rhetorical question and wait for an answer. Hard to know when to speak up and when not to. I couple other "teacher-isms" that I find funny about him:

• Frequently says "no is a right answer"
• Has jokingly said more than once, "I take back everything bad I've ever said about you"
• Sings a phrase or word that has been said and gets sad when nobody knows the song/artist
• Likes to call everybody "brother" or "sister"

Again, he's nice enough and clearly understands the material he's presenting. But his mannerisms can be a little distracting sometimes.
