Fountain Pen Secret Santa exchange

I took part in the Fountain Pen Community Secret Santa gift exchange this year. I saw the original post on Mastodon, but it was also posted in r/fountainpens. I didn't know this was a thing ... but will now have to participate every year! I signed up for the "Green" tier which is targeted at newbies and casual users; which is what I consider myself.

I was paired with somebody in Washington state and sent them three pens I no longer used or wanted. They were good pens, I just have other ones I like more. I also sent a variety of three inks that were mostly full. I think I broke the $40 max value cap ... but they were used, so I felt justified.

My Secret Santa was from West Virginia and sent me a Nahvalur (Narwhal) Original Plus and a bottle of J. Herbin Diabolo Menthe (Peppermint Soda). I know they broke the max value cap, but many thanks to my Secret Santa and I hope their match was just as good to them!
