Cake

Wow, where did the last two days go? I really did mean to post something, but got sideswiped by work and then exhausted when I got home.

Today I went in to the office late. I helped my wife deliver a cake this morning. She volunteered with an organization that makes cakes for underprivileged kids, kids in foster care, etc. Her undergraduate degree is in Social Work and her first job was with CPS. I love that she gives so much of herself to help children.

Anyway, here’s the amazing cake she made. I like to think of the smile on the girl’s face that’s going to wake up to this.
